What happens when something is out of stock? 

We do our best to replace it with something similar, otherwise, we will cancel the item and fully refund the amount. You will get an email 24h after receiving your order stating missing items and details of your refund.

Are your prices different from the store?

Yes, Ridaba prices are our own and vary from the store’s price. Our products are priced competitively. If you notice an item that you believe is priced incorrectly or unfairly, please email us at happycustomer@ridaba.ca. We reserve the right to cancel items that are priced incorrectly due to error.

How do I check on the status of my order?

You can view the status of your order by clicking the link in your Order Confirmation email.

What are the accepted payment methodes?

How do I make a change to my order?

If your order has not been processed yet, we will be happy to modify it for you. Simply send us an email to happycustomer@ridaba.ca

What’s the expiration date of the items I receive?

All our products are carefully selected and have an expiration date at least comparable to that of products in grocery stores in your area.

Can I propose products that you don’t sell on Ridaba?

Absolutely! We will do all our best to have it for you.

What is your cancellation policy?

You can cancel your delivery for a full refund up until we start preparing your order, about 2-3 hours before your scheduled delivery time.

How do I report a problem with my order?

We always do our best so that every order is perfect. If you have a problem with your order, like a missing or wrong item, please tell us! Leave feedback for your order using the link in the receipt we emailed you. We will respond extremely fast!

When will I receive my refund?

Refunds take up to 5 business days to process.
